mera ek dost hai ahle hadees woh keh raha hai...ye to hum bhi mantay hain k agar koi shaks kuch quran ki tilawat karega, kisi ghareeb ko khana khilaye ga, pani peelaye ga ya kunwan khudwaye ga to iska sawab uskay waldain ko miley ga...lekin koi dosra kisi k waldein ko kuch parh ka esaal-e-sawab nhi kar sakta...matlab bus aulad k naik amaal waldein ko sawab phncha saktay hain...agar aesa nhi hai to sihah sitta se hadees pesh karen ya sirf bukhari ki hadees.....

عرض ہے کہ سورہ الانعام کی آیت 121 سے بھی وہی مراد ہے کہ ذبح کے وقت غیر اللہ کا نام جس پر لیا گیا وہ حرام ہے اسے نہ کھائیں، ابھی میرے پاس وقت نہیں باقی تفاسیر سےبعد میں اس آیت کی تفسیر دے دی جائے گی۔

qadri bhaee,jo tarjma aap nay bhaija hay wo to kissi jahil mutarjam ka hay.  kis lafaz ka matlab nazro niaz ayyat main hay.  WA MAA UHILLA ka matlab hay  aur jo kuch halal (ZIBAH) kia gia. is ayyat ka shane nazool bhee ya hay k mushrik/kafir jab butoon kay lie janwar zibah kartay thay to zibah kartay waqat buland awaaz say apnay butoon ka naam buland kartay thay.  is ayat ka mafhoom hay k wo janwar haram hay jis par ba waqtay zibah GHAIR ULLAH  ka naam  buland kia gia ho ya pukaara gia ho.  ham bhee jab janwar zibah kartay to kehtay hain.  ya naam buland kartay hain ya pukaartay hain. Bismilla hay ALLAH HO AKBAR.

 

namzad karnay say janwar haraam naheen ho jaata warna to eid ul azha par to har janwar haraam ho ja ay.  ham sub kehtay hain ya qurbaani mairi hay, ya cow salman ke hay ya us ke taraf say hay.

 

HAZOOR KARIM (saw)  nay aik dafa 2 janwar qurbaan kie ay,aik apnee taraf say aur aik ummat kay liee ay.  HAZRAT ALI (raa) hamaisha 2 janwar qurbaan kartay thay aik apni taraf say aur aik HAZOOR (saw)  ke taraf say.

 

ya sub aisaal e sawab ke shaklain hain.  asal khairaat/qurbaani/nazar ALLAH (azw)  kay liee ay/kay naam ke hoti hay magar eisaal e swaab kissi kay liee bhee.

 

hamaisha ah le sunnat k taraajam parahain.  jaisay Moudoodi sahib nay bhee is tarah tarjama kia hay

 

AUR HAM NAY AAP KO  DUNIA   Kay liee Rehmat bana kar bhaija hay.

Mian tufail amir jamat islami Sultan Bahoo Rehmat  Ullah kay mazaar par 1977 main ja sakta hay. tab ya sub kuch jaiz ho jaata hay.  Gen zia ul haq ke qul khawnee par ya chalay jaatay hain.

 

17 aug  ko har saal Gen Zia ul Haq ke qabar par 3.17 PM (time fix  kar kay) ja rahay hain.  Kia ya URS to naheen mana rahay ,har saal.  Kia time fix karna jaiz hay ?

aisaal e swaab k munkaroon say maira aik bara saada sa swaal hay.  main nay aik jagah  hadees sharif parhee thee jis ka mafhoom ya ha.#  waldain k liee haj (jo apni zindgi main na kar sakay) karnay waalay ko TEN haj ka swaab milta hay.  AIK haj ka swaab walid/walida ko aur NINE haj ka swaab karnay waalay ko milta hay.

 

HAJ E BADAL ka kia matlab hay.  kia ya bhee aisal e swaab ke shakal hay.  agar naheen to phir jo log har saal kartay hain kia un ka haj raigaan gia.  

 

Aur agar haj e badal bhee aisaal e swaab ke he aik shakak hay  to phir baaqi aisal e swaab  kee ashkaal par aitraaz kion.

tafseer birr ra ay  karnay wala jahanmee hota hay, tafseer hamaisha bil manqool hoti hay.  apni marzi say tarjama bhee nahee kia ja sakta.  u hi lla ka matlab kisi bhee  m a arabic say pooch lain.

hazrat mien nay is forum ko bohat ghor say perha or Deogand / ahlekhabees say face to face discuss kiya or poocha kay nazer/neeyaz haram hay is ki koi dalil hay app kay pass? to wo loog apnay manazir deoband say ya reference lay ker ai hien or unho nay ya bola hay kay ya book BRAILVEEH bhi mantay hien or Deoband bhi. is book may likha hay nazer/niyaz haram hay.

1, janab app nay jo apna aqeedah likha hay Ahle Sunnat key mutaliq

 

"NAZR O NIAZ srif ALLAH Taala kay liya hay or niyat Auliya Allah or deegar ko sirf sawab poohunchanay kay liay hay, to jaiz hay”.

 

Hamara bhi yahee aqeedah hay jo ap nay aqeedah bataya hay or app nay yeh dawa kiya hay kay AHLE SUNNAT ULMAH ka aqeeedah hay. barai meharbani app AHLE SUNNAT ki kitaboon may say apnay aqeeday kay kuch sabooot faraham karien.

 

2, app nay jo Akabir Deoband ki books say jo baatien quote ki hien us kay mutaliq kuch guzarishaat hien:

 

  • ya sub Deoband Akabir kay fatway nahi hien. yeh sub khuwab / kahaniyan / waqiyaaat wagirah key tazkiray hain. Yeh sub MUJMAL IBARAT hien or yeh fi nafsihi deoband ka aqeedah sabit nahi kerti. behter ya hoga kay future may koi deoband akabir ki MUFASSIL IBARAT ( tafseel kay sath jo NAZR O NIAZ kay MOZZO per ho ) paish karien. Aqeeda jaisi important cheez ko Mujmal ibaraat say Sabit nahi karein. Us ko Hamesha Ulama DEOBAND/ BRAILVEEH ki kisi Mufassil Ibaraat say sabit karein.

 

  • Ager hum ya ferz ker lien kay ya ibartien DEOBAND ka AQEEDAH hain, to in sub ibaartoon may ya kahi nahi likha kay niyat NAZR O NIAZ TAQARUB ILA GHAIR ALLAH kay liya hay. chunacha, ager NAZAR O NIYAZ TAQARUB ILA ALLAH hay to phir NIAZ jaiz hay. Oper jo app nay references diya hien un may kahin bhi nahi likha kay NAZR KI NIYAT kisi GHAIR ALLAH key liya hay. to is mein kya haraj hai?  app oper ki ibaaraat say kiya sabit kerna cha rahey hien?

Aap ke email ka point wise jawab neechay dia jata hai:

 

1) tabqat ul Kubra ki ibarat aik khuwab ka zikar hai kyun key ghair sahabi, Nabi Sall Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ko khuwab mein he dekh saktey hain. aur doosra yeh keh

wo riwayat jo Al-Sunan al-Kubra ki hay wo baghair sanad ki hay. Muqadma Muslim may hay WA MAN LA SANAD LAHU F’LA QEEMATA LAHU. Muhadditheen ka mutaffaqa qaida hay kay aisee riwayat jiski sanad hee nahi iska koi aietabar nahi. Aj tak kisi faqeeh nay jo muttaffiq ho janibain maein, is riwayat sey nazr o niaz ka masla mustanbat kiya hoto paish fermai.

 

Infas ul Aarfeen ki ibarat mein Hazrat Shah Waliullah apney Walid sahab ka qissa bayan kar rahey hain.

 

Tuhfa Isna Ashari ki ibarat mein yeh bataya ja raha hai key log Hazrat Ali Karam Allah wajhu aur un ki aulade pak ka nazr o niaz karti hai. Yeh koi fatwa nahin hai.

 

Shamaim e Imdadia ki ibarat mein aik qissay ka zikar hai key Haji Imdadullah ko kisi ney ghar ka nazrana dia. Lihaza yeh sari ibarat mujmal hain, koi bhi fatawa nahin hain nazr o niaz key mutaaliq.

 

2) Allama Shami ki ibarat mein wazeh hai nazr o niaz ka aqeeda lekin hum aap ke ulema ka aqida bhi confirm karna chah rahey they nazr o niaz key mutaliq jo aap ney ab wazeh bhi kar dia aur jo bazahir theek bhi hai.

 

Is sawal ka jawab key phir kyun aksar barelvi ki nazr o niaz se bachney ka hukam dia jata hai us ki tafseel aakhir mein aa rahi hai.

 

3) Upar ki Ibaratein mustanad Ulema ki to hain lekin jaisay ham pehley samjha chukey hain, yeh fatawaa nahin hain, aur hamara ashkal phir yeh hi hai key jab baat barelvi aqeeday ki ho rahi hai tu Deobandi Ibarat laney ka kya maqsad? Aap ko chahiay tha key aap apna aqeeda bayan kartey aur us ki taeed mein ulema Ahnaf / Hadith / Quran ki ibarat latey, aap ka moqaf sabit karney key liay kafi tha, lekin deobandi ibarat laa kar aap ne baat aur phela di.

 

Khair phir bhi, hamara murad mufassal ibarat sey yeh tha ke voh ibarat lai jaein jo key makhsoos nazr o niaz key topic par hon, ya un key mutaaliq fatawa hon waghaira.

 

4) Hum apna aqeeda batanay ki zuroorat is liay nahin samajhtey kyun key baat abhi Barelvi aqeeday mutaliq nazr o niaz ho rahi hai, tu us hi dairay mein rahein tu behtar hai. Agar aap ko deobandi ke aqaid mutaliq nazr o niaz koi ashkal hai tu barelvi aqeeda key discussion key baad utha letey.

 

5) Aap ney jo kaha key deoband baat uljhaney key liay keh rahey hain keh ibaaraat ka murad taqarrub ila ghair Allah nahin hain, tu is ka jawab hum point no. 3 mein bata chukey hain key aap ka deoband ki ibarat laney hi sey baat pheli hai aur confusion create kia hai. Phir bhi agar aap ko hamara aqeeda dekhna hai to Hamaray Ulama kay fataway masroof o mashoor hien. Masalan:

 

Ø      IMDAD UL FATAWA

Ø      FATAWA RASHEEDIYA

Ø      FATAWA MEHMOODIYA

 

In sub may nazr o niaz ka masla wazay or sareeh mojood hay.

 

6) Asal topic per ab baat kartey hain key kyun barelvi nazr o niaz key khilaf ahatyat ka kaha jata hai:

 

ULMAH DEOBAND nay “NAZR O NYAZ” ka na kahnay or ahtiyat kernay ka jo fatwa diya hay wo is liya kay yeh aam mushahida hai ke barelvi awam ko mazarat par ja kar qurbani karna / handi batwanay ka rujhan hai aur us ko ziada tarjeeh detay hain, banisbat apne hi muqam par karney ke. akser vahan ke mojood logon se maloomat kernay per aqaid ki kamzoori hee maloom hoti hay, aur voh un peeron key ikhtiarat key baray mein bara ghuloo kartey hain. Is hee liay jub aik shuks mazar par janwaar zibah kerta hay to bazahir ya fayl MUSHTABAH hay (Taqarrub Ila Ghair Allah sey) aur hadith may MUSHTABAH afaal say bachnay ki taqeed ai hay. Is hee terhan FATAWA ALAMGEERI may hay “AL AHTIYAT WAJIB FIL UMOOR KULLEHA” Yani her mamlay may ahtiyat lazmi hay.

 

Ghair Allah key ikhtiarat / umoor mein tasarruf ka haq mein ghuloo karney ki wajah he sey ehetyat karni parti hai, kyun keh Hashia Tahtawi mein Bahr ur Raiq ki ibarat di thi ‘’..in zanna annal mayyata yatasarrafu fil Umoori Doon Allahi Taa’la KAFARA”. Lihaza kyun ke guzray huay Allah Walon sey tasarruf ki umeed mahsoos hoti hai barelvi hazrat ki taraf se, is liay hum ahatyat kartey hain.

 

Aur yeh masala sirf barelvi awam ka nahin, bulkey is mein barelvi Ulema ki bhi kuch aisi ibaratein milti hain jin ki wajah se hamara shak aur barh jata hai, masalan:

 

1) “Huzoor (Sall Allahu Alaihi Wasallam) karkhaney Ilahi key MUKHTAR KUL hain........jo chahein jisay chahein baksh dein – (Alaman ul A’la pg 230)

 

2) Aulia Karaam siyah o sufaid key malik hotay hain. Aftaab or mehtaab per in ka hukam jari hona kiya baat hay, Aftaab tullu nahi kerta jub tk in ka naib, in kay waris, in kay farzand, in kay dil bund Ghous Saqlain, ghais ul konain huzoor pur noor sayeduna wa maulana abu Muhammad sheikh abdul qadir jilani (radi allah anhu) per salam arz na karey. – (Alaman ul A’la pg 230)

 

3)  Syeduna Abdul Qadir Jilani (radi allah anhu) apni majlis may barmala zameen say buland kurrah hawa per mashi fermatay hien. Hawa may chaltay hien. Jb naya saal , naya maheena, naya hafta, naya din ata hay. Sooraj pehlay muhjay salam kerta hay. Aik aik gahri kay haal ki muhjay khabar dayta hay.  (Alaman ul A’la pg 124)

 

 

4)      Rizq Pana, madad milna, meenah barsana, bala door hona, zameen ka qayam, zameen ki nagahbani, kahlq ki maut, kahlq ki zindagani, bundo ki hajat rasani sub oliya allah ki waseelay ki barkat, oliya kay hathoon oliya ki wasataat say hay  (Alaman ul A’la pg 36)

 

5)      Tamam jahan Hazoor kay zeray tasaruf ker diya gaya. Jo chahey karien, jissay jo chahey dien, jis say jo chahey wapis lien, tamam admiyon kay malik hien.  (bahar-e-shariyat , hisaa 1, Pg 22)

 

 

6)      In hee 356 oliya kay zariya say khulq ki hayat , maut, menh barsana, nabataat ka ugnah, balaoon ka dafa hona howa kerta hay. (Alaman ul A’la pg 26)

 

7)      Baghair ghous kay Zameen or Asmaan qaim nahi reh saktay (malfoozat Hissa 1 , Pg 101)

 

8)      Molvi ahmed Raza Khan likhtay hien:

Zee tasaruf bhi hain mazoon bhi mukhtar bhi hay

Kar-e-Alam ka Mudabbir bhi hay Abdul Qadir  (Hadaiq –e- Bakshish Awwal, Pg 27).

 

Aap se mazrat kartey hain key in books ka scan page nahin bhej sakey kyun key hamaray paas filhal mojood nahin hain, jin saathi key paas books hain voh Karachi mein nahin hain is waqt.
