Asalam o aliakum, I want to ask about divorce issue. My husband has first wife in pakistan. I am his second wife. Last month he goes to lawyer, make a divorce paper on rs 50 stamppaper type document. On that he clearly wrote he gives talaq 1 2 3 because of her bad behaves. Then he signed that paper only in front of me saying that he is giving talaq talaq talaq to his wife Allah ko hazir nazir jaan kr. Then he signed two witness sign by himself and keep that document. He did not send that to his wife neither he tell her. I want to ask if divorce happened in this way? I will eagerly wait for your reaponse pleaseee reply soon. Thank you

AHLE SUNNAT k haan fiqa hanfi mein yeh kaha jata hai k bapp ki zindagi mein ager beta mer jaye tu bete ka koi hissa nahin hota baap ki jayedad mein. app ne kaha k yeh sahi nahin hai.kindly app mujhe koi hawala de sakte hain ? i need references regarding AHLE SUNNAT, FIQA HANFIA. kindly reply me as soon as possible thanks
