Asalam-o-Alikum, you all must be aware of what Salman Taseer said about Namoos-a-Risalat Qanoon. I have two questions:
1) Salman Taseer called Namoos-a-Risalat law as "Kala Qanoon" does it come under the ambit of blasphemy i.e. gustakhi?
2) Asia Bib was convicted of blasphemy by court of law and was sentenced to death. By allying / supporting Asia Bibi, does Salman Taseer or anyone else also come under the ambit of blasphemy, gustakhi?
I will be grateful if you could provide be fatwa about the two questions.
