Ulma-E-Karaam Kay Mutaliq Sawal

agar kissi maslay ka hal mukhtalif ulma-e-karaam kay lihaaz say un ka jawab bhi mukhtalif ho to kya karna chahiey? maslan, ek maslay ka jawab fatwa-e-razawaia main likha hai lekin ussi maslay ka hal fatwa-e-alimgiri ya kiss doosray fatway main mukhtalif likha ho to phir kya karna chahiey?

ikhtelaf say murad mera yeh hai keh ek maslay ka hal ek alim nay kuch aur likha hai aur ussi malsay ka hal kissi doosray alim nay kuch aur likha hai. jab kay dono hanafi aur dono alim-e-deen hain.

ham kisi Aalim ko ghalat nhi khain ge aor jo jis Sunni Mustnad Aalim-e-Deen k btaye gaye Maslay per amal krna chahta hay kr lay .....

darasal masla wohi imamat ka hai, ghaliban ala'hazrat ka fatwa hai keh doosray maslik(maliki ) kay perokaar kay peechay us waqat namaz pard saktay hain jab keh wo hanafi maslik ki riayat karta ho, hamaray ghar kay qareeb jo musala hai wahan pe maliki hazraat imamat karatay hain zayada tar.

to mainay socha keh agar kissi aur alim-e-deen nay aissa fatwa diya ho jin kay hissab say aaj kal kay halat ko madenazar rakhtay huay maliki hazraat kay peechay namaz pard lena chahiey.

to iss liey mainey yeh sawal kiya tha, umeed hai keh aap samajh gaey hon gay.

bhai yeh masla to ikhtelafi hay hi nahi .... Sayyedi Alahazrat ka fatwa hi saheeh hay aor yehi fatwa tmam tar sunni ulama ka hay .... aap nay jin hazrat se yeh masla daryaft farmaya hay wo sakht ghalat fehmi ka shikar hain ... unko apni is bat se ruju krna chahiay ... aor Mzahab-e-Ar'ba main kisi bhi doosray Mazhab k Muqallid k peechay sirf usi soorat mai nmaz ada ki ja sakti hay jab wo sunni saheeh-ul-aqeeda ho , neez imamat ka mustahiq ho aor Muqtadi k mazhab ki bhi ria'yat krta ho ... farz karein keh fatwa-e-alimgiri , shami ya kissi aur main aissa likha ho keh agar aap ghair islami mulk main hain aur hanafi imam na milnay ki wajah say aap maliki imam kay peechay namaz pard saktay hain jabkay wo maliki imam apnay imam kay hissab say sahi ho to phir?

 

 

ji han wo sunni aur sahi al aqeeda bhi hain, madani qaflon main safar bhi farmatay hain, lekin unki dadi ek musht say kam hoti hai, pata nahi wo ek muthi say kam rakhatay hain ya qudarti tor par unki ek muthi say kam hai. dadi ka rakhana bhi kya riayat main aeyga?

aur neez kaissay pata chalay keh wo riayat kar rahay hain ya nahi?

bohat shukrya usman razawi saab! bohat maloomati insaan maloom hotay hain aap.

islam to bohat asaani chahta hai insaan k liey aur yeh to bohat hi meetha aur narm deen hai. yeh to mohabbat aur ithaad ki taraf boolata hai. insaan ko ek karna chahta hai keh sab log musalmaan ho jaey aur seedhay rastay par a jaey. aur is k liey humain narmi aur payar say baat karni hogi. aur jab koi masla pesh a jaey to us main riayat bhi nikali ja sakti hai, main ya yahan pe koi bhi islami bhai ala'hazrat kay ya deegar ulma-e-karaam kay khilaaf nahi hain balqay hum sab mantay hain keh ala'hazrat ka fatwa sahi hai. lekin meray bhai aap khud sochain keh agar hum hanafi doosray maslik walon kay peechay namaz nahi paray gay riayat ki wajah say to iss main mujhay koi narmi ka pehloo nazar nahi ata, shaed yeh hadees hai keh, sarkaar salalahou alehi wasalm nay farmaya sahaba-e-karaam say keh tum jahan jao deen-e-islaam ko narm kar kay batao, (ghaliban iss tarah ki koi hadees ya mainey kissi say aissa kuch sunna hai jo keh mujhay poora yaad nahi). ab yahan canada mein aissa imamat ka masla hai to humein bhi to narmi say kaam lena chahiey aur riayat nikalni chahiey, yahan pe jitnay bhi musalay mainey dekhay hain sab main sab log ek doosray kay peechay namaz partay hain chahey koi hanafi ho maliki ho shafai ho ya hanbli ho, to iss ka matlab hua keh yahan pe ulma-e-karaam nay riayat nikali hai issay liey to sab kay sab ek doosray peechay namaz partay hain. aissa to nahi hain na keh alim sirf pak-o-hind main hain europ aur north america main nahi. ala'hazrat kay fatway ka inkaar koi nahi kar raha, hum sab mantay hain keh yeh fatwa sahi hai aur yahan k log bhi mantay hain. yahan pe madni qaflay bhi safar kartay hain aur hanafi maliki sab mil kar qaflon ki surat main safar kartay hain, aap khud sochiey keh agar hum ek doosray kay peechay namaz nahi paray gay to madni qaflon main safar kaissay karein gay, mohabat ya apis main bhai chara kya khaak peda hoga hum to ek doosray kay peechay namaz hi parnay ko tayaar nahi.

agar yahan pe hum ek doosray kay peechay namaz nahi parey gay to imamat kaun karaey ga agar koi hanafi imam nahi hai to kya hum masjidon ko band kar day??? keh koi hanafi imam nahi hai, halaat bhi to dekhanay chahiey na, har jaga pe har mulk main halat ek jaissay nahi hotay. iss tarah say masjidon ko tallay lag jaey gay na, yahan pe taqreeban har musalay main maliki hotay hain, halaat ko bhi to dekhna chahiey na. halaat ko mad-e-nazar rakh kar hi jawab dena chahiey na aur aj kal kay zamanay main har koi 100% islam ki mukamal pervi yaqeenan kar muskal hai.

aap zaroor zaroor sochiey aur agar aap alim hain to quran o hadees ko mad-e-nazar rakh kar jawab dijiey ga, koi ek shakhs bura hai to hum sab ko bura nahi keh saktay, hadees main hai keh yeh ummat ek jism ki tarah hai, agar aaj hum ek doosray kay saath itefaaq nahi karein gay narmi say kaam nahi lain gay to zakham kaissay hal hongay? ek doosray kay peechay namaz na parnay say zakham (yani bughas keena nafrat 2 musalamano kay beech doori wagaira) jaissay fiton ka andesha peda ho ga aur islam aissi cheezon ki ijazat nahi deta balqay islam do narmi ki baat karta hai.

aapki Munadrija-e-Bala tahreer main aik hi suwal nazar aaya k ager kisi jga hanafi imam nahi hay to kia krain ... to hazrat is ka jwab yeh hay k Us jga k imam sahib se bat ki jaye aor unhain btaya jaye k hanafi log bhi aap k peechay nmaz ada krtay hain lihaza Ahnaaf ki ri'ayat krtay huay nmaz ada farmaya krain ... phir wo imam ria'yat farmain ge aor istrah Hanafi bhi nmaz ada kr sktay hain ... Masjidon ko band krnay ka suwal hi peda nahin hota ... Jazak Allah Azawajal

Jesa k Alahazrat farmatay hain:

فاسق معلن مثلاً داڑھی منڈایا خشخاشی رکھنے والا یا کتر واکر حدِ شرع سے کم کرنے والا یا کندھوں سے نیچے عورتوں کے سے بال رکھنے والا خصوصاً وہ جو چوٹی گُندھوائے اور اس میں موباف ڈالے یا ریشمی کپڑے یامغرق ٹوپی یا ساڑھے چار ماشے زائدکی انگوٹھی یاکئی نگ کی انگوٹھی یا ایک نگ کی دو۲انگوٹھی اگر چہ مل کر ساڑھے چار ماشےسے کم وزن کی ہوں یا سُود خور یا ناچ دیکھنے والا اُن کے پیچھے بھی نماز مکروہ تحریمی ہے

 

 

Aik aor Jga Farmatay hain:

 

داڑھی کترواکر ایک مشت سے کم رکھنا حرام ہے سیاہ خضاب حرام ہے، عَلَم تعزیوں اور فسق کے میلوں اور رقص کے جلسوں میں جانا حرام ہے۔ اپنی تقریبوں میں ڈھول جس طرح فساق میں رائج ہے بجوانا، ناچ کرانا حرام ہے۔ ان افعال کا مرتکب ضروف فاسق معلن ہے اور اس کے پیچھے نماز مکروہ تحریمی ہے کہ پڑھنا جائز نہیں اور پڑھی ہو تو پھیرنا واجب ہے نہ ایسے شخص کو مہتمم مسجد بنانے کی اجازت

mainay bahar-e-shariat ka kuch mutalia kya hai aur pata chala keh imamat ki 6 shartain hoti hain, jab doosray maslak ka admi imamat aur namaz ki 6 & 6 shartain aur namaz kay 7 farz kar pooray kar raha hai aur sajda sahoo wajib ho jany ki surat main sajda sahoo bhi karta hai, tab to uskay peechay namaz par leni chahiey na? baqi masla raha riayat ka to mujhay dawateislami kay muftian-e-karaam say fatwa mila tha keh agar aap ko yeh pata na ho keh doosray maslik ka imam aap ki riayat kar raha hai ya nahi to aap uskay peechay par saktay hain. ab mujhey to pata nahi keh wo riayat kartay hain ya nahi to meray hissab say un kay peechay namaz par leni chahiey,

han agar unkay kapray fold huay hain tab mujhay apni namaz dohra leni chahiey jab keh wo har waqat aissa nahi kartay.

 

ab mujhay maliki imam kay peechay namaz na parnay ki koi doosri wajah to nazar nahi ati. agar aap kay zehan main ho ya aap kuch mazeed poochna chahtay hon to bataiey
