Even though there are numerous laws explained in your books, this servant has not seen anything relating to this that is why I felt it necessary to query this issue. There issue is that there is a person who refers to Hazrat Ameer Muawiyah (radi Allahu anhu) as a miserly person. He says that Ameer Muawiyah (radi Allahu anhu) fought with Hazrat Ali and the family of the Prophet Sall Allaho Alaihi Wa Sallam (Hazrat Imam Hassan radi Allahu anhu) and stole the khilaafat from them and he martyred thousands of Sahaba-e-Kiraam to achieve this. Phir agar koi hutdharmi par utar aye to os ka ilaaj Allah tala hi kar sakte hain. Kyon ke Rasoolallah (PBUH) ka farmaan hai ke mere tamaam Sahaba sitaron (Stars) ki tarha hain jis ki parvi karo ge hidayat pa jaao ge. Recently, main Bukhari Sharif ki Book (Jild) No. 8 parh raha tha. Kuch aisi hadis samany ayen jo main ne pehley kabhi kisi se na suni theen, ab un hadison ki kya sehat hai es ke baray main Allah hi behtar jaantay hain ya Rasoolallah. Main nahi jaanta ke yeh hadeesen kin Ashaab-e-Nabi (PBUH) ke mutalliq hain. Kyon ke hum tak jo hukam pohancha hai wo ye ke "Tamaam Sahaba sitaron ki maanind hain" Agar tamaam Sahaba stars hain to yeh laug kaun hain jin ke baray main itni sakhat waeed aie hai. Beharhaal aap sub ki khidmat main sirf information ke liye pesh hai, es ko positively sochiye ga or apna knowledge share kijiye ga.
