As'salamu alikum WRB,

 

Salam ka jawab dainay say kis tarha ye sabit hota hai kay wo hamari pukar sun kar imdaad bhi kartain hain? Ya Hamaray liye dua kartay hain? Mazeed wazhat karain.

 

Kanzul Ummal kay hawaly ghalat hain. Salam ka jawab dainay wali hadees # 42993 hai. Is hadees main sirf salam ka jawab hai Salamti ki duayen nahi. Agar Salam kay jawab say murad salamti ki dua hai to koi haraj nahi.

 

Paraishan haal agar Salam kar kay salam ka jawab bataur dua laita hai to koi ghalat baat nahi. Yahan Jaan'na ye hai kay Sahib-e-qabar Agay ki jaanay wali faryaad ko sun kar dua karta hai ya madad us ka hawala chahiye.

 

Meray Paas Anfas ul Arifeen hai (www.maktabah.org) agar sahi hawala sfha ka miljaat to baat wazih hojaati

 

Surah Imran Ki Ayat ka bhi hawaala bay mahal hai. Kiyoun kay is ayat main anbia (as) say Jo madad karnay ka hukm hai wo madad milnay ka kahin bhi tazkira nahi hai balkay 3 hazar Ya 5 hazar farishton ka zikar hai.

 

Tafsir Ibn kaseer main Sayedna Ali (ra) aur Syedna Abdullah bin Abbas (ra) say murwi hai kay Allah (swt) nay Tamam Anbiya say ye ahad liya tha kay unki Zindagi main agar Rasool Allah (sallal lahu alaikhi wa Sallam) ki Baás ho to wo unki madad karaingay. Is say ye kahan sabit huwa kay tama Anbiya nay madad ki. Agar ki to is ka hawala dain.

 

Is ayat ka itlaq Bani Israel per bhi hota hai kay ek nabi ki maujoodgi main doosray nabi ka zikar milta hai. aur unhon nay ek doosray ki tasdeeq bhi ki

 

Tafseer-e-naeemi main ye bhi likha hai Kay Allah (swt) nay Tamam Anbiya (as) say ye ahad liya kay Huzoor (as) ko payen to un per emaan layen. Aur unsay ahad laina sirf azmat-e-Mustafa ka izhaar tha warna Allah (swt) ko pata tha kay wo Huzoor (as) ka zamaana nahi payengay

 

Is say istimdaad-e-auliya kahan sabit huwa?

 

Sahib-e-qabar ka nuqsaan pahonchnay ka nazriya Taik laga ker baithnay wali hadees say kis tarha akhaz kiya ja sakta hai. Jab kay ek hadees main Hazrat Ali (ra) ka Qabar per sar rakh kar lait jana sabit hai (Kanzul Ummal 42996). Taik lagany aur sar rakh kar laitjanay main kitna farq hai aur is say sahib-e-qabar ko kitni kum aziyat hoti hai? Un Sahabi (ra) ko ho sakta hai Aqa (as) nay taleeman kaha ho ya aur koi baat magar is say bhi Istimdad kaisay sabit hota hai. Jahan tak Zarar ki baat hai quboor ki bayhurmati karnay per Allah (swt) saza daiga aur zarar wo nuqsaan ka zariya qabar ya sahib-e-qabar hoga. Wahhbiyoun nay sainkdon Qabron ki bayhurmati ki kiya unko saza Sahib-e-Mazar nay di ya Allah (swt) nay.

 

Syedna Musa (as) ka hawala bhi kis tarha auliya say Istimdaad ko sahi tahrata hai? Kiya Anbia (as) ki hayat bad al-mamat aur auliya ki ek jaisi hoti hai.? Anbiya nay Merja ki raat Namaz padhi thi kiya auliya bhi is tarha namaz padhtay hain? Sirf ek misaal hai Syedna Sabit Binaani (ra) ki magar kiya ye sob auliya per lagoo hai? ek Qabar say tilawat ki awaz aana bhi ahadeesmain hai magar is isay ye kahan sabit hota hai kay sahib-q-qabar pukar sunkar dua karta hai ya madad. Kis tarha khas ko aam kiya ja sakta hai pata nahi

Ap Auliya Allah say baad az wisaal istimdad shirk or hayat main jayez mantay hain. Mera ap say sawal hai k koon si Quran ki ayat ya hadees is par pesh ki jati hai?

Mainay ye kabhi nahi kaha kay aisa aqida shirk hai ya nahi. Mianay aisa karnay ka jawaz maanga tha magar is kay bajaye koi is ko Sama-e-mota say jodta hai to koi is ko marhoomeen ki madad kay asbaat wo nafi say jod raha hai.

 

Aap ka sawal muddat say wahi hai. Kisi amal ka agar zikar na ho to usko karnay ka jawaz dhoondna aur uski tayeed. phir har zamanay main kisi na kisi ko yehi dhoondnay per amaada kariaga kay nafikay na honay ko isbaat banaday. Hajaat aur Dua'on kay qubool honay kay liye jab dua-e-tawassul hai to phir istimdaad ka istimaal kiyoun.

 

Ab kiyounkay istimdaad ko madad say jod diya gaya phir us madad ko jayez tahranay kay liye Zinda aur murda ki takhsees mitanay kay liye Sirf Allah (swt) ko fa'el haqeeqi aur dosron ko majazi, phir momineen wali ayat say marhoomeen ko shamil karna aur is tamaam amal ko jari rakhnay kay liye Mazaarat ki tameer, urs aur phir us ka jawaaz waghaira.

 

Ab aap mujh say ye fatwa mat maangna kay mazarrat-e-auliya jayez hai ya nahi. Jab tak aap istimdaad ko wazeh taur per sabit na karaingay tab tak her cheez ka jawaz milta rahaiga.

 

Meray khayal main ab ye behas yahi per khatam kar'saktay hain kiyoun kay adam jawaz hi daleel hai ek aiasay amal ko jari rakhnay jo kay ghaliban kashf aur khush aqeedagi ki paidawaar hai. Mera is say inkaar meray liye koi nuqsandah nahi hai. Is per shirk waghaira ka fatwa dainay ki mujhay zaroorat nahi kiyounkay ho sakta hai is ki koi wazeh daleel ho isliye tab tak ye mu'attal rahay ga.
