YAHA MAMU KA RISHTA AA JATA HAI AUR MAMU SE NIKAH JAIZ NAHI LEKIN FUPI KI LADKI SE NIKAH JAIZ HOTA HAI TO KYA UN LADKI SE NIKAH JAIZ HOGA PLZ JALDI TAFSEELI JAWAAB DAIN

Sagay bhai kay saga mamun say rishta waqeay jaiz naheen , lekin aap ki byan krda soorat main to yeh rishta hay hi naheen...

ﷲ عزوجل فرماتاہے:

 

 وَلَا تَنۡکِحُوۡا مَا نَکَحَ اٰبَآؤُکُمۡ مِّنَ النِّسَآءِ  اِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ؕ اِنَّہٗ کَانَ فَاحِشَۃً وَّمَقْتًا ؕ وَسَآءَ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿٪۲۲﴾  حُرِّمَتْ عَلَیۡکُمْ اُمَّہٰتُکُمْ وَبَنٰتُکُمْ وَاَخَوٰتُکُمْ وَعَمّٰتُکُمْ وَخٰلٰتُکُمْ وَبَنٰتُ الۡاَخِ وَبَنٰتُ الۡاُخْتِ وَاُمَّہٰتُکُمُ الّٰتِیۡۤ  اَرْضَعْنَکُمْ وَاَخَوٰتُکُمۡ مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَۃِ  وَاُمَّہٰتُ نِسَآئِکُمْ وَرَبَآئِبُکُمُ الّٰتِیۡ فِیۡ حُجُوۡرِکُمۡ مِّنۡ نِّسَآئِکُمُ الّٰتِیۡ دَخَلْتُمۡ بِہِنَّ ۫ فَاِنۡ  لَّمْ تَکُوۡنُوۡا دَخَلْتُمۡ بِہِنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَیۡکُمْ ۫ وَحَلَآئِلُ اَبْنَآئِکُمُ الَّذِیۡنَ مِنْ اَصْلَابِکُمْ ۙ  وَ اَنۡ تَجْمَعُوۡا بَیۡنَ الۡاُخْتَیۡنِ اِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ ؕ اِنَّ اللہَ کَانَ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِیۡمًا ﴿ۙ۲۳﴾ وَّالْمُحْصَنٰتُ مِنَ النِّسَآءِ  اِلَّا مَا مَلَکَتْ اَیۡمَانُکُمْ ۚ کِتٰبَ اللہِ عَلَیۡکُمْ ۚ وَاُحِلَّ لَکُمۡ مَّا وَرَآءَ ذٰلِکُمْ اَنۡ تَبْتَغُوۡا بِاَمْوَالِکُمۡ مُّحْصِنِیۡنَ غَیۡرَ مُسٰفِحِیۡنَ ؕ)(1

 

    اُن عورتوں سے نکاح نہ کرو، جن سے تمھارے باپ دادا نے نکاح کیا ہو مگر جو گزر چکا ،بیشک یہ بے حیائی اور غضب کاکام ہے اور بہت بُری راہ ۔ تم پر حرام ہیں تمہاری مائیں اور بیٹیاں اور بہنیں اور پھوپیاں اور خالائیں اور بھتیجیاں اور بھانجیاں اور تمھاری وہ مائیں جنھوں نے تمھیں دودھ پلایا اور دُودھ کی بہنیں اور تمھاری عورتوں کی مائیں اور اُن کی بیٹیاں جو تمھاری گود میں ہیں، اُن بیبیوں سے جن سے تم جماع کر چکے ہو اور اگر تم نے اُن سے جماع نہ کیا ہو تو اُن کی بیٹیوں میں گناہ نہیں اورتمھارے نسلی بیٹوں کی بیبیاں اور دو بہنوں کو اکٹھا کرنا مگر جو ہو چکا۔ بیشک اﷲ (عزوجل) بخشنے والا مہربان ہے اور حرام ہیں شوہر والی عورتیں مگر کافروں کی عورتیں جو تمھاری مِلک میں آجائیں، یہ اﷲ (عزوجل) کا نوشتہ ہے اور ان کے سوا جو رہیں وہ تم پر حلال ہیں کہ اپنے مالوں کے عوض تلاش کرو پارسائی چاہتے، نہ زنا کرتے۔

And do not marry those women whom your fathers have married, except what has already passed.Undoubtedly, that is an act of indecency and wrath and an evil way.

 

Forbidden to you are your mothers, and your daughters and sisters and your father's sisters and mother'ssisters and your brother's daughters and your sister's daughters, and your mothers who have given to youand your foster sisters and the mothers of your wives and daughters (your step daughters) who are in yourcare from the wives with whom you had intercourse but if you had not intercourse with them, then there is noharm in their daughters, and the wives of your sons who are of your loins and to have two sisters togetherexcept what has already passed. Undoubtedly. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

 

And forbidden to you are the women having husbands save the women of infidels who come in yourpossession. This is the prescription of Allah unto you and the remaining besides those are lawful for you; sothat you seek them in exchange of your properties bringing them in bondage (through marriage) and notdesiring for lust. Therefore, as to those women whom you wish to marry, give them their fixed dowries. Andthere is no sin in what you mutually agree! Upon after fixation. Undoubtedly, Allah is Knowing, Wise.
