ghair muqaliden ne chand hamare masail likhe hain. agarche in par behs hai. jo ke talinenoor ko hergiz samajh nahi aani. is lye iska jawab isko aise hi dena chahye. agerche jawab tavel hai. aur aisay gande masail wahabya ghair muqaliden ke hain ke forum par post karte sharam ati hai. Allah bachaye. chand aik post karta hon. jo im ke member hafiz sahib ne post kye hain aik topic main.

 

 

1) FATAWA ALAMA ABDUL AZIZ BIN BAAZ Jammah kiye hain Dr Luqman Salfi P94 Abdullah Bin Baaz inka Shaykh ul Islam hain aur Dr Luqman Salfi Wahabiyoun Ka aaj ke dour ka Shaykh ul Asr hain Makkah me beta huwa hain.

 

Q= Me Masjid pouncha us waqat isha ki namaz shuru hochuki ti, aur namaz me dahil houne se pehle muje yaad aaya ke mene Maghrib ki namaz nahin pari hain. Ab kya me Maghrib ki namaz parloun? aur uske baad jamaat se jitni mile utni parloun? Ya pehle Jamaat ke saat Isha Paroun aur uske baad Maghrib ki namaz parhoun?

 

Ans= Aap jab Masjid me jayen aur Isha ki namaz horahi ho, us waqat aapko yaad aajaye ke aap ne maghrib ki namaz nahin pari hain, to aap Maghrib ki niyat karke jamaat me shamil hojayen, aur jab Imam 4th Rakat ke liye kara ho to aap bete rahen, aur intizaar karen aur aap Imam ke saat salam pairden, Saheeh Qaul ke mutabiq Imam aur Muqtadi ki niyat me ihtilaaf se koi farq nahin parta aur agar aap tanha maghrib ki namaz parlen aur uske baad jamaat ke saat milkar Isha ki baaqi namaz ada karen to aisa bhi karsakte hain. Acha mene isko phone bhi kiya ta Dr Luqman salfi ko aur yehi masla poucha isne kaha ke sirf yeh nahin balke agar koi nafal par raha ho to uske piche farz parsakte hain. Same with sunnat's.

Fajar ke waqat soye rahen to Zuhar ke waqat, Imam sahib ke piche 2 farz Fajar ke parlengen, aur baaqi 2 zuhar ke liye , iske baad 2 aur parlengen.

Quran o Hadith ka Dawah karne waale, Kya yeh Masla Quran o Sunnat se Sabit hain? Inke haan to Murghi aur Ande ki Qurbani bhi jaiz hain. tongue.gif

Asal me aur bhi bahut inke masle hain lekhin woh is site per lagayen to kese lagayen shadeed gande hain ke Allah hi Maaf kare.

A= Biju ke mutaiq farmaya halal hain. Joh shakhs biju ka kaana halal na jaane, woh munafiq be deen hain. Uski Imamat hargiz jaiz nahin.

 

2) Nawab Waheed uz Zaman GM Wahabi Molvi Apni mashoor kitaab Nuzulul Abraar Minfiqhin Nabiyil Mukhtar ( Yani isme joh masle hain Nabi Paak ki fiqah hain MAZALLAH) jild number theen ke andar:

Ke agar koi shakhs aata guund leta hain sharab se, aur phir uski roti pakaayi jati hain, to farmaya roti jab pakayi jati hain to roti pakaane se, sharab saari jal jaati hain us roti ka kaana jaiz hain aur halal hain.

Aap logon ki tarah ham muqalid nahin hai k her aik ki baat bila-daleel manane ke paband hon.

Yeh dalael unn per pesh karen jo aap ki tarah muqalid hon. Hamare manhaj ke khilaaf koi baat ham qabool nahin kerte. Jam Imam Abu Hanifa ki taqleed nahin kerte to Ibn-e-Bazz ki kia karen ge.Gussa thook dain aur woh baat karen jo sahih hai....

Aap ne likha k main unn aalimon ko phir jaahil kahoon jinhon ne ye masael kahen hain to mere dost main to aisa nahin keh sakta k ager kissi aalim se kissi masle main galti hui ho to usse jaahil keh doon. Aap log itne masael main sahaba Ikraam ki mukhalifet kerte hain jin main woh dalel ke khilaaf hote hain to kia unhen jaahil kehte hain.

Jab Imam Abu Yousaf Imam Abu Hanifa ke aik masle ko galat samajh ker un ki mukhalifet kerte hai to kia unhen jaahil samajhte hain.

Aakir main uss kahani aur qisse k mutaliq jo aap ne likha hai to mere dost jab dalael na hon to qisse kahanian hi kaam aati hain.

Be-Shak hamara yehi manhaj hai k chahe apna ho ya paraya jab uss ka masla Quran-o-Hadees k khilaaf saabit ho jae to usse redd ker dia jae ga yeh nahin k aap logon ki tarah galat masael ko bhi seene se laga ker rakhen.

Doosra Ubaid-e-Raza sahib ka yeh kehna k yahan to galation k anbaar hain to behter hai k fiqa Hanafi ka mutalia ker lain jis ki taqleed ki aap her waqat dawet dete hain. Aap ko pata chale k galtian kia hoti hain.

Mazeed yeh k jin kitabon ko tum log buniad bana ker ham per tanqeed kerte ho unn main ager galat masael hain bhi to kia...? Ham ne kabhi unn kitabon ki taraf dawet nahi di k yeh hamare maslak ki kitaben hain inn per amal kero bal k hamesha Quran-o-Sunnat ki taraf bulaia hai k galati her aik se ho sakti hai. Jab k aap log bawajood fiqa Hanafi k kaseer galat masael k uss ki taraf dawet-e-taqleed dete ho. Yehi hamara aur tumhara faraq hai.

Haan to jab aap khud bian ker chuke hai k jab hamara bhi koi aalim galat masla bian kare to uss ko maante nahin to phir masla kia hai...? Doosra jahan tak galat kehne ka taluq hai to unhen iss masle main galat hi kehte hain. Itne Sahaba Ikraam ne aik doosre se ikhtilaaf kia mager masle ko hi galat kaha na k poori zindagi k galat hone ka fatwa daag dia. Issi tarah Aema Ikraam ka bhi tareeqa raha k Imam Abu-Yousaf aur Imam-Muhammad kaseer masael main Imam Abu-Hanifa ka masla galat samajhte hue inkaar kerte hain mager unn ko completely galat nahin kehte. Lahaza ager aap ko fatwa lagane ka shoq hai to ooper se start lijie.

Mera yeh point of view hy k har firqa taqleed kr rha hy chaiye wo gair muqlad hi kiyu na ho. ap pochay gy wo kaisay . Jawab yeh hy

Taqleed ka matlab yeh liya jata hy k begair daleel k kisi k qol (kehnay) ko hujjat man lena. 

Inshort kisi ki baat ko begair tahqeeq kiye  hujjat maan lena hi taqleed hy.

Sb wahabiya taqreeban yehi kaam kr rahay hain , apnay molvi k literature ko begair tehqeeq begair daleel k sahee maan letay hain.

us ko begair tehqeeq kiya apnay upper farz kr letay hain. 

Wahabiya ko chaiye jo jo ahadees jis jis kitab mein hain jo jaa kr dekhay k waqai wahan majood b hy . 

Phr un ahadees ki khud tehqeeq kry k aya wo ahadees sahee b hy k nae phr hr ak ravi ki tehqeeq kry na k apnay molvi k kehnay pr amal kry.

agr yeh sb kiye begair kisi k literature ko sahee maan leta hy tu wo b taqleed hi krta  hy
