ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam

Sayyidah Halima Sa'adiya (radi Allahu anha), the wet-nurse of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), believed the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) to be Noor. She said that when she used to feed the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) milk in his infancy, she never felt the need for a light in her house. (Bayaanul Miladun Nabwi; Tafseer Mazhari).

ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH

It is reported on the authority of Hazrat Abu Saeed Al-Khudri Radi Allahu anhu : Some Ansari persons asked for (something) from the Prophet Sall Allaho Alaihi Wa Sallam and he gave them. They again asked him for (something) and he again gave them. And then they asked him and he gave them again everything that was with him (at that time). And then he said "If I had anything. I would not keep it away from you. (Remember) Whoever abstains from asking others, Allah will make him contented, and whoever tries to make himself self-sufficient, Allah will make him self-sufficient. And whoever remains patient, Allah will make him patient. Nobody can be given a blessing better and greater than patience."

If you put your faith completely in Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, He will arrange for your sustenance in the same way as He provides for the birds. They go out in the morning with their stomachs empty and return filled in the evening. (Tirmidhi)

ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH

It has been narrated in Tirmizi by Hazrat Umar bin Shu'aib (radi Allahu anhu), that Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) has stated, "He is not from amongst us who makes similarities with other religions. Do not follow the manner in which Christians and Jews greet, for the greeting of the Jew is by the raising of the finger and the greeting of the Christian is by the raising of his palm.

ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) states that the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said, "I swear by Allah in whose possession is my life, that none of you is a believer and none of you will enter paradise, and none from amongst you will become a true believer until you do not love each other. And should I not show you the manner through which you will tend to love one another Make the conveying of Salaams a tradition amongst you."

Hazrat Jaabir (radi Allahu anhu) reported the Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) as saying, "When from amongst you, someone drops any food, he should pick it up and eat it and he should not leave it for Shaitaan. One should not wipe his fingers with a towel before licking them, since he does not know in which portion of his food the barkat is present."
