  13. AALAHAZRAT PAR EK AITRAZ KA JAWAB BUKHARI KE HAWALE SE: . Jab Humne Wahabiyon/Deobandiyon ko unki Fatawae Rasheediya ki ibarat dikhai ki Gangohi likhte hain: . Diwali ki Puri aur Mithai kahana jaez hai, Dusri jaga moharram ke talluq se likha ki Moharram me batne wala dudh ya sharbat ya sabeel peena aur pilana na-jaez hai, aur ba-sabab-e-Tashbiya-e-rawafiz haram hai. (Fatawae Rasheediya, Pg.127) . To in Deobandiyon ne Aalahazrat par aitraz karte hue Alahazrat ki Malfoozat ki ek ibarat dikhai jisme Sarkar Aalahazrat se pucha gaya ki ''Hinduon ke ghar se jo diwali wagaira me mithai aati hai, uska khana jaez hai ya nahi..??'' to jawab me farmaya. Us din ne khayen, balki agle din kha len Maal mozi Naseeb ghazi samajhkar, yani apni qismat ka rizq samajhkar khayen, na ki Diwali ki mithai samajhkar. . . Awwal baat to ye ki Hume Gangohi ki is baat pe aitraz nai tha ki Diwali ki mithai jaez kyu kaha...?? Balki aitraz is baat pe tha ki jab Diwali ki mithai jaez kaha to Muharram ki sabeel kyu haram kaha?? . Jabki Alahazrat ne Moharram ki sabeel ko kabhi haram nai kaha. Ab Aaiye Alahazrat ke is fatwe 'Diwali etc ki mithai ko naseeb ka rizq samajhkar kha lena' ko Hadees ki roshni me samajhte hain. . Hadees: Anas r.a riwayat karte hain, Rasoolallah alaihis salam ke paas gosht laya gaya JO BAREERAH r.a KO SADQE ME MILA THA. Rasoolallah alaihis salam ne farmaya. SADQA TO USKE LIYE HAI, HAMARE LIYE HADIYA HAI. (bukhari, Kitabuz Zakaat. H.no.1401) . Ye Hadees H.Ayesha r.a se b riwayat hai. Umme Atiya r.a se b riwayat hai., usme Naseeba ke sadqe ka zikr hai. . Note: Syedo ko sadqa khana haram hai, fir b Nabi alaihis salam ne us Gosht ko khaya magar bhejne wale ko wo sadqa mila tha, aur usne jab Nabi alaihis salam ko bheja to wo hadiya ho gaya. Isliye wo khana haram na hua. . Theek usi tarah, Hinduon ke nazdeek wo diwali ki mithai hoti hai, aur Aalahazrat ne farmaya, usey naseeb ka rizq samajhkar kha lo.

Kuch Wahabi ye Daawa karte hain ki Nabi alaihe salam ki wiladat 12 tarikh ko nahi hui, Sirf Wafat 12 Tarikh ko hui hai, aaiye, Hum yahan aap logo ko dikhate hain ki Saheeh Hadees se bhi sabit hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki Wiladat 12 Tarikh hi mash'hur hai, . . . . 1. Imam Ibn-e-Ishaq (85-151 H): Allah ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) 12 Rabi-ul-Awal ko Aam-ul -Feel me paida hue. (Ibn-e-Jozi in Al-Wafa, Page 87) . 2. Allama Ibn-e-Hisham (213 H): Allah ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Peer ke din 12 Rabi-ul-Awal me Aam-ul-Feel me paida hue. (Ibn-e-Hasham in As-Sirat-un-Nabawiya, Vol. 1, Page 158) . 3. Imam Ibn-e-Jareer Tabari (224-310 H): Allah ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Peer ke dina 12 Rabi-ul-Awal ko Aam-ul-Feel me paida hue. (Tarikh-ul-Umam-wal-Muluk, Vol. 2, Page 125) . 4. Allama Abu-ul-Hasan Ali Bin Muhammad Al-Mawardi (370-480 H): Allah ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Ashab-ul-Feel ke waqeye ke 50 din ke baad aur apne waalid ke wisal ke baad 12 Rabi-ul-Awal ko paida hue. (Ailam-un-Nabuwa, Page 192) . 5. Imam Al-Hafiz Abu-ul-Fatah Al-Undalasi (671-734 H): Hamare Aaqa. Allah ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), Peer ke din 12 Rabi-ul-Awal me Aam-ul-Feel ko paida hue. (Aayun-al-Asr, Vol.1, Page 33) . 6. Allama Ibn-e-Khaldun (732-808 H): Allah ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) 12 Rabi-ul-Awal ko Aam -ul-Feel me paida hue. Ye Badshah Kasra Noshairwan ka 40va saal tha. (Ibn-e-Khaldun in At-Tarikh Vol. 2, Page 394) . 7. Muhammad As-Sadiq Ibrahim Arjoon: Mazbut sanad se pesh karte hain, Ye sabit hai ki Allah ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم 12 Rabi-ul-Awal me Aam-ul-Feel me Kasara Noshairwan ki Hukumat me paida hue. (Muhammad Rasool Ullah, Vol. 1, Page 102) . 8. Sheikh Abdul-Haq Muhaddis Dehlvi (950-1052 H): Ye Jaan len ki Tarikho ko Jaanne wali ek badi Jamaat (i.e. biographers and historians) ki tehqiq hai ki Hazrat ( Mohammed صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Aam-ul-Feel me paida hue … aur Ye achhi tarah jaana jaata hai ki Rabi-ul-Awal ka Mahina tha aur 12 Tarikh thi. Is Tarikh par bahot sare Ulama ka Ijma hai. (Madarij-un-Nabuwa, Vol. 2, Page 14) . Aur to aur, Wahabiyo ke Guru bhi yehi mante hain, zara dekhiye. . 9. Nawab Muhammad Sadiq Hasan Khan Bohapalvi: Nabi صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki paidaish Fajar ke waqt Peer ke din Makkah me 12 Rabi-ul-Awal ko Aam -ul-Feel me hui. Ulama ka is par Ijma hai . Ibne Jauzi ne Ulama ke beshumar farman shumar kiye hain. (Ash-Shumama-tul-Anbariya Fi Mowlid Khair-al-Bariya, Page 7) . Aap log dekh sakte hain ki Pehli, Dusri aur Teesri Hijri ke tamam Ulama Wiladat ki yehi tarikh shumar karte hain, Jaise ki Aaj ke Ulama bhi ise mante hain. Aur Salafis, ke Imam Nawab Sadiq Hasan Bhopalvi bhi yehi mante hain. . . Aaiye ab apke samne hum ek aise Muhaddis ka hawala pesh karte hain jise Salafi khud tafsir aur tarikh ka maahir mante hain. Unhone na sirf 12 Rabiul Awwal tarikh maana hai balki iske liye ek Hadees ki riwayat pesh kiya hai: . ورواه ابن أبى شيبة في مصنفه عن عفان ، عن سعيد بن ميناء ، عن جابر وابن عباس أنهما قالا : ولد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عام الفيل يوم الاثنين الثانى عشر من شهر ربيع الاول Tarjama. Ibn Abi Shayba apni Musannaf me Affan se, wo Saeed se wo Jabir se wo H.Ibna Abbas r.a se riwayat karte hain ki Nabi Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam Aamul Feel me 12 Rabiul Awwal ko Peer ke din tashrif laaye. (Ibn Kaseer in Seeratun Nabi, vol 1, Pg-199) . Iske aage Ibn Kaseer farmate hain: وهذا هو المشهور عند الجمهور والله أعلم . Jamhoor ke nazdik yehi mash'hur hai. . . SubhanALLAH. Ab to ye Tarikh ki behes chhodo . Fir bhi mai kehna chahunga ki jo log 12 Tarikh ko wiladat nahi mante, balki 8 ko mante hain, to 8 ko hi sahi, magar kam se kam Milad to manayen.
