Well, you don't have to entirely wet your hair, you just have to wipe your wet hands over them. You know what, I'll suggest you to take a bath(ghusal) if you're really really confused about it! (just kidding!).... or how about asking someone who's visually present infront of you so that he/she could demonstrate it to you?
