Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam Every woman is a Concealed Jewel, and a protected Rose ! so this post is for all, some rulings below of what Islam requires of the individual and the society concerning the rights of women ..... 1. Have you seen the Jewel? Why is it that the people love it while it is simply a piece of stone? It is because it is not so easy to see it, nor can you touch it except by paying an exorbitant price. Similar is the case of the woman – it is forbidden for a man to see her or touch her, in order that he does not dishonor her. She is like an untouched (pure) jewel, which is affected by the least touch. 2. Have you seen how a rose wilts, withers, and loses it luster and beauty if it is touched too much. Likewise, the woman is not allowed to be touched except by one in a lawful relationship of marriage. And whoever attempts to touch her – unlawfully – will earn a severe punishment or death. 3. Do you know the punishment for one who violates the marriage trust and cheats on his wife? The penalty is death, since he has fallen short in regards to the jewel which is with him, in addition to transgressing the rights of others. 4. Have you seen a jewel searching for a person (to possess it)? The same is the case of the women, like a precious jewel, she is the one who is sought out, not the seeker. It is incumbent upon the man to seek her hand. And if she agrees to marry him, then he will present to her a marriage dowry and something from his wealth. 5. Consider the Ruler or Head of State – if every one were able to speak to him directly and sit in his presence, he wouldn't be held in awe, nor possess the same prestige and status amongst the people that he has. Similarly, the woman is like a noble Queen. It is not the right of every person to speak to her directly or sit in her presence; this is something allowed to the select few. 6. The Supreme Being has created the male strong of body in order that he may go out and earn his livelihood, even in difficult circumstances. This is so that he may serve the women and children of his family. As for the woman, she has been created gentle, soft and sensitive, so that she may cultivate the future generations. The man goes out and works with the natural elements, while the woman deals with the human being (raising the children). 7. What do you think would happen if a lion and gazelle were placed together in one place? Is it possible for them to co-exist? Obviously not! Likewise, it is of necessity that the man be separated from the woman, in the interest of the woman. She is beautiful, attractive and weak. Hence, the strong will overcome her and devour her and violate her chastity – even if she were not willing. 8. The woman who performs work equal to the work of a man is entitled to – and is given – the same salary as the man. 9. The woman is allowed to work in any occupation, which she is capable of, as long as it is in consonance with the nature of her delicate physique. 10. The woman – like man - is addressed in the divine revelation with responsibilities for which she - like man - is equally rewarded. 11. The woman is excused from certain religious ceremonies and obligations during her post-child birth and menstrual periods, since these conditions are a cause of weakness and hence, she is in need of rest and relaxation. 12. Translation: Alhamdulillah azzawajal DawateIslami work is spreading. DawateIslami’s Benal aqwami majlis, the nigran of mushawarat Hajji Altaf Attari (Damat barakatumul Aaliya) mentioned in the Madani mashwara: It was the first Madani qafila going from faizan e Madina to Spain. We had unusual feelings, like how is it going to be there? Are there going to be Islamic brothers? And alsorts. This was because, it was the first time they were going to spain with a Madani message. When we got to spain airport it was time for Namaz-e-Fajr, we only just got out of the airport and we saw an Islamic brother when a beautiful green imama shareef on his head, he was walking towards us with great joy. We got really happy thinking, we were so worried but we’ve only just got out of the airport and we’ve already found an Islamic brother!!!!!!!! The Islamic brother came to us and we started to talk to him and he said: I was a sleep and i saw in my dream that i was wearing a green green imama shareef, when i woke up and was shocked because i did not know of DawateIslami at the time. So i went to the Imaam sahib of our masjid and told him about the dream and he said DawateIslami’s Islamic brothers have the green imaama on along with their Madani libaas. I was like dawateIslami?????? So the imam sahib told me abit about DawateIslami. After knowing more about Ameer e Ahle Sunnat (damat barakatumul aaliya) i said i will send them a letter to become a mureed of theres. Alhamdulillah azzawajal i got a reply from the Maktoob straight away. So this Islamic brother said: i started to wear the Imaama shareef and started to do the Madani work of DawateIslami. After reading Namaz-e-Esha, picturing Murshid in my mind, i asked, Murshid please send atleast one Islamic brother that can teach me to do the work DawateIslami. I had only just asked for an Islamic brother to help teach me the Madani work of Dawateislami after Namaz-e-Esha and now i got out read Namaz-e-Fajr and my sheikh e tareekat Ameer e ahle Sunnat (damaat barakatumul aaliya) has sent a whole Madani qafila to teach me the Madani work of DawateIslami!!!!

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Assalamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu ASALATU WASALAMU ALAYKA YA RASULLALLAH Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam "The strong man is not the one who can wrestle (fight); the strong man is the one who controls himself at the time of anger." [sahih al-Bukhari] When Prophet Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam became angry at someone else's wrong actions or disbeliefs, he Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam never expressed it with his hand or tongue. His companions knew that he Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam was angry by looking at his blessed face, which would be red and with some sweat on his forehead, and he Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam would keep quiet for a moment, trying to control himself. Once a couple went to Prophet Muhammad Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam and said, We have been fighting each other for many years. Each time she says something to hurt my feelings, I become angry, and then I fight back and this fight comes to such a degree that I am afraid that this verbal fight may, become physical, or we may end up divorced. So please advise how we can control our anger. He told the husband that when your wife provokes you and makes you angry, take a sip of your water in your mouth and do not swallow it or spit it out, but keep it there until she has calmed down. Well, he practiced that and a few months later, he reported back that it did work. Since we believe that anger is an expression of satanic control, we must not let this control take over. The Prophet Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam has advised us to say, "During anger, I seek refuge from Satan in protection of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala." He Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam also advised us that when angry, that one should sit down or lie down as it is not easy to hit someone else in those positions. Obviously, the best remedy is to think about Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and ask yourself a question, "are you in control of yourself, or would you allow Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to take control of you?" Think of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala's anger and punishment. Is Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala's wrath less than your wrath? And what happens when He expresses His wrath? We humans who seek forgiveness from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala must forgive others first. When one forgive someone else, it establishes peace and tranquility in one's heart, but at the same time, the matter of injustice or wrong actions which made one angry, become a dispute between him and Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and if one do not take revenge and forgive, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala might act on ones behalf. The first attribute of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala that Muslims are reminded (of) is Ar Rahman-Ar Rahim that is, The Most Kind and Most Merciful. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has said, "My mercy overtakes my wrath", and in one of the hadith Qudsi , 'O son of Adam, when you get angry, remember Me." One can also turn and pray to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to take control of the situation and the person or the people who have caused His anger. We must also think that tone life so dear to us, is a temporary life, and we must not forget our death and destroy the life of eternity at the cost of this life. Washing one's face with cold water or taking a cold shower is also helpful. May we all act upon the sunnah of our Sarkare do alam Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa Sallam and keep our anger at bay inshAllah Wa'alaykum 'Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu
