Assalamualaikum Yeh aik new thread hai jis ko banane ki zaroorat is liye pesh aye kyunki ab Facebook or twitter per or online social media per jahan gustakhana khakon or gustakhiyon se bhare pages per humare Aqa Nabi Kareem  (saw) per aitrazat ho rahe hain or gustakhiyan ho rahi hain us k sath sath in jahil ghaleez yahoodiyon or eesaiyon k padriyon ne ab Quran ki Qirat per bhi hamle shuru kr diye hain or Quran ki Mukhtalif Qirat parh kr yeh dikhaya ja raha hai k mukhtalif Qirat se Quran k mukhtalif ayat badal jatin hain NOUZUBILLAH
    Kyunki is topic per mere koi bhai research nai kr rahe tau main is topic per Research kr raha hon or un tamaam aitrazat ko yahan naqal kr k un k jawabat don ga mere bhaiyon se guzarish hai k mere is kaam main mera sath den
    Yeh topic bhi ab zaroori ban gya hai kyunki yeh padri yahoodi doosre aam musalmanon ko yeh dikha rahe hain k quran hi badal chuka hai jis se humari awam bichari gumrah ho rahi hai is liye main yahan un tamam aitrazat k jawabat dhoondon ga or koshish kron ga har aik musalman ko tasali baksh jawab mile ta ke woh doosron ko bhi gumrah hone se bachaye
    Main waqfe waqfe se aitrazat or un k jawabat lagata jaon ga or meri guzarish hai baqi bhaiyon se k jis k pas is bare main jo bhi material mojood ho woh bhi upload krta rahe

    1.Pehla sawaal yeh k hadees ko kaise samajh sakte hain aik tareeqa tau shuruhat dekh k ap samajh sakte hain lekin woh hadees ki kitaben jin ki shuruhat hi nai likhi gayen un ko kaise samjhen hum 

     

    2.Aik hadees ko interpret krne k us ki taweel krne k usey samajhne k kya tareeqe hain woh bayan kr de yahan ta k agar koi bhi hadees aye jis ki shuruhat na hon us ko main samajh sakon

     

    3.Or usul e hadees hadees ki sanad or isnad ko dekhne ka uloom hai tau hadees ko samajhne k konse uloom hain jin se hadees ko samjha jata hai

    Matlab woh konse uloom hain jin se hadees ko samajhte hain or woh uloom kitne hain unke naam bta den

  3. Mujhe aik hadees mili hai jo yeh hai
     

    Abu Daawood icon--6.gif   reported in his Sunan that the Prophet icon--1.gif,  was asked about praying in camels’ resting places and he said: “Do not pray in camels’ resting places, for they are of the devils.” In another narration by Imaam Ahmad icon--6.gif (in his Musnad) and also by Ibn Maajah icon--6.gif the Prophet icon--1.gif,  said: “Do not pray in camels’ resting places, for they were created from devils.” 

     

    Nabi kareem (saw) ne farmaya k camels shaitan se bane hain un ki jagan per namaz na parha kro kyunki camels shaitan hain

    Is hadees ki bilkul samajh nai aa rahi thori wazahat kr den is ka kya matlab hai k اونٹ shaitan se bane hain or woh shaitan hain un ki jagan per namaz parhna haraam hai
    Sunan abu dawud
    Sunan ibn maajah 
    Main mojood hain dono hadees

    bhai jaan sara masalah samajh main aa gaya bas aik chota sa ashkal hai woh bhi door kr den zara thori si wazahat kr den

    k us riwayat ka kya matlab hai jis main likha k surah baraat ka kuch hisa naqas ho gaya jis main Bismillah bhi thee is ki thori si wazahat kr den

  5. Yehi riwayat tahqeeq krne k baad Tafsir e qurtubi main bhi mili or tafseer dur e mansoor main bhi mojood hai lekin is ki sanad nai mili
    Riwayat yehi hai jo uper maine scan lagaya hai k imam malik se marwi hai k surah baraat ka pehla hissa gum gaya jis main bismillah bhi thee
    KOI bhai jaan tehqeeq kr k bta den k is ki sanad theek hai ya nahi kyunki main arabic nai parh sakta
    is liye woh log jo jarah o tadil ka ilm jante hain is riwayat per tahqeeq kr den bohat meharbani hogi

    Shayad is riwayat ki sanad imam hakim ne mustadrak al hakim main bayan kee hai 

  6. We read in Fath al Qadeer:

    “When the first part of Surah Bar’at was lost, Imam Malik said that ‘Bismillah’ was also lost along with it”

    We read in Tafseer Qurtubi:

    “Malik said among what had been narrated by Ibn Wahb and Ibn Al Qasim and Ibn Abdul Hakam is that when the first part of Surat Bara’at was lost, ‘Bismillah Al Rahman Al Raheem’ was also lost along with it. It has also been narrated from Ibn Ajlan that he heard that Surat Bara’at was equal to the length of Surat Al Baqarah or approximately equal to it, so the part was gone and because of that “Bismillah Al Rahman Al Raheem” wasn’t written between them (between the lost and the remaining part) .”

Sab se pehle main AqeelAhmadWaqas ka bohaat shukriya ada krna chahon ga jinhon ne mere sare purane threads ka tasali baksh jawabat diye jis se ab doosre logon ko bhi faida hasil ho raha hai main apka bohat mashkoor hon bhai jaan ab baqi logon k bhi shak o shubuhat khatam ho rahe hain un threads ki wajah se 

    Sahih Tirmidhi, Volume 2 page 368 

    “The Holy Prophet
    died without informing us whether this (Surah Bar’at) was a part of that (Surah Anfaal) or not” 

    Jamia Tirmizi shareef main yeh riwayat milti hai jis ki wajah se scholars ulema karam main ikhtelaf hain k kya bismillah quran ka hissa hai
    is aitraz ka jawab inayat kren 

     

     

    We read in Noor al Anwar: 

    “One who rejects that “Bismillah” is a part of the Quran should not be deemed a Kaafir when that rejection is on account of doubt. There is disagreement on this issue in the view of Imam Malik as he didn’t deem it to be a part of the Quran.”

    Imam Fakhruddin Razi writes in Tafseer Kabeer, Volume 1 page 151:

    “Imam Malik and Auzai may Allah be pleased with both of them said: 'It (Bismillah) isn’t a part of the Quran except Surah Naml and that other than in Ramadhan, it should not be recited, neither in ones heart nor aloud.”

    Aik akhri hadees or hai jo unhon ne page pe lagaye thee aqeel bhai main lagana bhool gaya

     

     

    Muhammad b. Qais said (to the people): Should I not narrate to you (a hadith of the Holy Prophet) on my authority and on the authority of my mother? We thought that he meant the mother who had given him birth. He (Muhammad b. Qais) then reported that it was ‘A’isha who had narrated this: Should I not narrate to you about myself and about the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him)? We said: Yes. She said: When it was my turn for Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) to spend the night with me, he turned his side, put on his mantle and took off his shoes and placed them near his feet, and spread the corner of his shawl on his bed and then lay down till he thought that I had gone to sleep. He took hold of his mantle slowly and put on the shoes slowly, and opened the door and went out and then closed it lightly. I covered my head, put on my veil and tightened my waist wrapper, and then went out following his steps till he reached Baqi’. He stood there and he stood for a long time. He then lifted his hands three times, and then returned and I also returned. He hastened his steps and I also hastened my steps. He ran and I too ran. He came (to the house) and I also came (to the house). I, however, preceded him and I entered (the house), and as I lay down in the bed, he (the Holy Prophet) entered the (house), and said: Why is it, O ‘A’isha, that you are out of breath? I said: There is nothing. He said: Tell me or the Subtle and the Aware would inform me. I said: Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be ransom for you, and then I told him (the whole story). He said: Was it the darkness (of your shadow) that I saw in front of me? I said: Yes. He struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you? She said: Whatsoever the people conceal, Allah will know it. He said: Gabriel came to me when you saw me. He called me and he concealed it from you. I responded to his call, but I too concealed it from you (for he did not come to you), as you were not fully dressed. I thought that you had gone to sleep, and I did not like to awaken you, fearing that you may be frightened. He (Gabriel) said: Your Lord has commanded you to go to the inhabitants of Baqi’ (to those lying in the graves) and beg pardon for them. I said: Messenger of Allah, how should I pray for them (How should I beg forgiveness for them)? He said: Say, Peace be upon the inhabitants of this city (graveyard) from among the Believers and the Muslims, and may Allah have mercy on those who have gone ahead of us, and those who come later on, and we shall, God willing, join you. (Sahih Muslim, Book 004, Number 2127)

    Narrated 'Ikrima:

    Rifa'a divorced his wife whereupon 'AbdurRahman bin Az-Zubair Al-Qurazi married her. 'Aisha said that the lady (came), wearing a green veil (and complained to her (Aisha) of her husband and showed her a green spot on her skin caused by beating). It was the habit of ladies to support each other, so when Allah's Apostle came, 'Aisha said, "I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women. Look! Her skin is greener than her clothes!" … (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 72, Number 715)

    The Prophet said, "Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said, "Yes." He said, "THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE DEFICIENCY OF A WOMAN’S MIND." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 48, Number 826)

    Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:

    A woman came to the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) while we were with him.

    She said: Apostle of Allah, my husband, Safwan ibn al-Mu'attal, BEATS ME 
    when I pray
    , and makes me break my fast when I keep a fast, and he does 
    not offer the dawn prayer until the sun rises.

    He asked Safwan, who was present, about what she had said. He replied: 
    Apostle of Allah, as for her statement "he beats me when I pray", she 
    recites two surahs (during prayer) and I have prohibited her (to do so).

    He (the Prophet) said: If one surah is recited (during prayer), that is 
    sufficient for the people.

    (Safwan continued:) As regards her saying "he makes me break my fast," she 
    dotes on fasting; I am a young man, I cannot restrain myself.

    The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said on that day: A woman should 
    not fast except with the permission of her husband.

    (Safwan said:) As for her statement that I do not pray until the sun rises, 
    we are a people belonging to a class, and that (our profession of supplying 
    water) is already known about us. We do not awake until the sun rises. He 
    said: When you awake, offer your prayer. (Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 13, Number 2453)

    1.Agar insan kisi janwar se jama kre badfali kre chahe janwar k aage se ho ya peeche se

    tau us se hajj khatam nai hota

     

    2.Doosra Aitraz hai Sunan Abu Dawud Sharif ki hadees hai k kisi janwar se badfali krne se koi had nai lagaye jaye ge

    OR SAWAAL YEH HAI K KYA ZINAH SE PAIDA HUWI AULAAD SE NIKAH JAIZ HAI YA NAI
    Kyunki jo Aulaad zinah se paida huwi hai woh sharai tor per apki beti nai hai tau us se nikah ka kya hukam hai 
    OR JO IMAM QURTUBI NE LIKHA HAI WOH YEHI MASLAH HAI YA KUCH OR LIKHA HAI

    Mai un alfaaz ko yaha bayaan karta lekin meri himmat he nahi ho rahi ki un alfaaz ko yahan bayaan kar sakhon bas itna zaroor kahon ga un alfaaz mai lafz (zinah) thay baraye karam is mai meri rehnumayi farmaye.
